Rewards accumulate during your first five years of membership. After year five, no additional commission credits accrue. Everything you have already earned remains yours—even if your membership ends. How to read these examples: Effective monthly cost is membership fees paid minus the commission credit applied at an eligible sale, divided by the paid membership months. Each row represents a separate sale example after 12, 24, 36, 48 or 60 paid months—not repeated redemptions. Calculations assume unchanged plan pricing and application of the full earned credit; reservation fees and additional months are excluded. Actual credits depend on eligible fees paid and written program terms. This is a selling commission credit, not a lower monthly bill or cash refund.
Selling after year five? Your earned credit remains available. With unchanged pricing and five paid years, Signature earns $1,485, Premier earns $1,935, and Concierge earns $2,985. No additional credits accrue after year five.

Guardova Post-Closing Legal Consultation Benefit
If you buy or sell through a participating Guardova Home Real Estate Professional and a qualifying concern arises after closing, Guardova may reimburse the amount you actually pay for one initial attorney consultation, up to $500. Submit the paid invoice or receipt for review under the written benefit terms.
This benefit is limited to one initial consultation per eligible transaction. It does not pay for continuing representation, litigation, attorney retainers, or other legal work. You choose and engage your own attorney. Eligibility, timing, documentation, and exclusions are governed by Guardova's written terms.
