Membership services, eligibility, coverage, credits and scheduling are subject to Guardova Home's written terms. First Visit Coverage applies to qualifying standard-hours initial trip or diagnostic fees, subject to plan limits. Surprise Expense Credits apply only to qualifying unexpected repairs, have no cash value, do not roll over and are not insurance or a home warranty. Signature is available for homes up to 3,000 total sq. ft.; homes from 3,001–4,999 sq. ft. begin with Premier; homes 5,000 sq. ft. and larger begin with Concierge. Exceptionally large or complex properties may require an individual assessment.
