What Membership Includes
Membership includes scheduled oversight visits, visual checks, basic maintenance review, photos, notes, and help identifying concerns before they become larger issues.
What Is Not Included
Repair labor, parts, emergency service, licensed trade work, specialty cleaning, major repairs, and third-party contractor charges are not included unless specifically agreed to in writing.
Gutter Cleaning Limits
Annual gutter cleaning applies to standard one- and two-story homes with safely accessible gutters. Steep rooflines, three-story homes, gutter guards, heavy debris, or specialty equipment may require additional pricing.
Access Requirements
